The driver could drove forward and broke the gate. Any driver with a brain in their head would of did that if they saw the back of their truck was about to be hit by a train especially when their is no cars in front of the truck. Instead of a officer almost killed and a fucked up trailer all that would of been damaged was a crossing arm gate.
